• Worked in department of psychology at SMSTM Arts and science women’s college for one year(2023-2024) and currently work here.
• Worked in department of psychology at ST. Joseph’s college, Devagiri as guest lecturer for one month time period (15/10/2021 to 15/11/2021).

• Presented a research paper on ‘perceived concept on gender among late teen and early adults-an exploration’ in a national seminar at Calicut University in 2018.
• Presented a research paper on ‘Father Involvement in adults with intellectual disabilities: an exploration of mother’s perspective’ in annual multi-disciplinary national conference on disability and rehabilitation in 2020.
• Presented a research paper on ‘An exploratory study on gender differences in the expression of anger and sadness’ in the international conference on commerce, management and interdisciplinary subjects 2022.
• Presented a paper on ‘challenging status quo: Redefining Father Involvement in Disability Management for Children with Intellectual Disabilities in 2024.
