As being a women’s college, the institute is highly committed to educate women as it believes in empowering them to become agents of change and building a more equitable and inclusive community. The management is highly bothered about the transformative impact of educated women on individuals, families and society as a whole.

In the last successive years, college paved the way for the skill development of the students and shaping them successful professionals, individuals, managers and policy makers of different areas they perched. The additional acumen they got through literature festivals, management fests, national and international seminars, workshop and extension programs, enabled them to cope up with the challenges they encountered.
